You can contact the whole community on our mailing list regarding a broad range of topics. You can either subscribe and communicate by email, or participate using the Google Groups web interface which is pretty good and disable any emails being sent to you (it will then work much like a forum). Our mailing list is generally active and a very useful resource so is a fantastic way to get involved with the CCHS and its members. Our list is open to be viewed by all, however your first post may be delayed while we allow you through the moderation process.
Our list is for general communication of all sorts and this is also the primary way the Committee communicates with members. Posts of a commercial nature are not allowed unless they are from a sponsor (in which case they will come from the committee) and these are rare.
To subscribe to the mailing list you can either visit the Connected Community Hackerspace Google Group or you can subscribe directly by sending an email to email@example.com with no subject. You can unsubscribe by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
All communications of a commercial nature are to be directed to our public officer – email@example.com.
To contact the committee, please send an email to the secretary who will pass on the message – firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also try to stay active on a range of online social media platforms. Here’s the current list:
